UNOS Request for Information (RFI) documents for 2021 are available on the UNetSM Transplant Administrators website. Administrators can submit essential organ transplant program data to insurance and managed care companies.
Updates to this year’s RFI include:
- The year 2021
- Lock down forms for the year 2020 as of Jan. 31, 2021
Transplant administrators will be able to complete the 2021 RFI forms from Jan. 27, 2021, until the 2022 RFI is released in late Jan. 2022. Please contact your center’s payers for other relevant deadlines.
The 2020 forms are still available for submission until Jan. 31, 2021
Transplant administrators should work with the person responsible for completing their center’s RFI to verify information requirements.
