At-a-glance

A new mandatory update to the TransNetSM iOS and Android applications is now available.

Previous versions of the applications will no longer allow successful login. Please update your TransNet mobile application immediately from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Cases will automatically migrate from previous versions to the new version.

Additionally, TransNet users are no longer required to use a separate TransNet password from their UNetSM account. Users should now use their UNet credentials for both applications.

What you need to do

OPOs:

  • Download the updated version of the iOS and/or Android application. The iOS application update can be found in the Apple App Store. The Android update can be found in the Google Play Store.
    • In order to use offline functionality in the new application version, users must first login at least once while online. It is recommended to login to the application immediately after updating. This is true for every user who may potentially need to log in to the device offline.
  • Users should now use their UNet credentials (username and password) to login to the TransNet application. TransNet-specific passwords will no longer work.
  • Site admins should continue to add/remove TransNet users from within the TransNet website. Passwords for TransNet users should be managed through UNet Security Administration.
