UNOS will be conducting a comprehensive survey among members to gauge your satisfaction with the services, tools and processes we offer to the transplant community. Your input will help us improve areas that are most important to you and guide upcoming strategic planning processes. We value your feedback and perspective to help us continually improve the services we provide. Some improvements made as a result of our 2018 member survey include:
- A revamp of the OPTN volunteer and bio forms, in order to make opportunities more readily accessible and the experience easier to navigate
- New content on unos.org featuring members sharing their improvements and effective practices
- Member focus groups to improve their experience on web platforms
We have retained the services of an independent research partner, the Southeastern Institute of Research (SIR). SIR serves as an unbiased third party and will ensure your answers are kept confidential. We hope this confidentiality will encourage you to be completely candid and direct in your responses.
This summer, SIR will be conducting an online study on our behalf. You may receive emails from SIR inviting you to participate in this study.
On behalf of UNOS’ Board of Directors and staff, thank you for your feedback on how we can continue to best serve you.
Brian Shepard, CEO, UNOS
