My grandson became a hero when he saved four lives. Kye was 16-months-old when he was brutally beaten and suffered head trauma that caused him to have brain death. After my daughter was told he wasn’t coming home, she decided to say yes to organ donation. He would save four lives with his heart, liver, and both kidneys. Even though we miss him terribly, we are comforted knowing he was able to save the lives of others. One of the lives he saved was a two-year-old little girl with his heart. We love you and are proud of you Kye.
