At-a-glance
TransNet permission management will migrate from the TransNet application to UNetSM Security Administration. Site security administrators must set permissions for their TransNet users in Security Administration prior to June 5, 2024.
What you need to do
OPO and transplant hospital site security administrators:
- Beginning April 24, 2024, a new permission will be made available in Security Administration under the TransNet tab with one selection: Full Access.
- Site administrators should review who in their organization currently has TransNet access and assign the new permission to appropriate users in Security Administration.
- Beginning June 5, 2024, access to TransNet will be determined based on whether that user has the new TransNet permission assigned.
- If a user does not have the new TransNet permission assigned by this date, they will be unable to access TransNet.
