TransNet organ check-in reporting change effective April 24, 2024

The Organ Check-In Report within TransNet^SM will no longer be available as of April 24, 2024. TransNet users should instead use the TransNet Organ Check-In History Report within UNOS^SM Data Services portal. This report is available today.

What you need to do

TransNet users who use the Organ Check-In Report:

• Request access to the UNOS Data Services portal from your site administrator
• Navigate to the TransNet Organ Check-In History Report within UNOS Data Services portal:
  • Log into UNet^SM
  • Click on Data Services
  • Click on OPTN Visual Analytics
  • Scroll down and click on TransNet Organ Check-In History Report
