Advance Notice
We will release the 2018 OMB forms on the TIEDI® application on Wednesday, February 28.
TIEDI services will be impacted from 7:00 a.m. until approximately 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
We expect application downtime during this maintenance window. Please save all data prior to these times or information may be lost when the system is temporarily offline. Also, not all data will be applicable after new 2018 forms become active.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Note: Waitlist and DonorNet® will not be impacted.
Reminder
Every three years, the OPTN must resubmit donor and transplant data collection forms to the federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. Recommended changes from various OPTN committees were considered and approved by the Board of Directors.
