At-a-glance
A new report has been added to UNet Security Administration that allows site security administrators to easily search for site security administrators at other member locations. Previously, you would need to contact UNOS Customer Service or the Organ Center to obtain this contact information. This enhancement has been added based on feedback received during focus groups and to help assist members in access verification reviews.
You can access the Site Security Administrator search feature by clicking ‘Reports’ in the dropdown from UNet Security Administration.
What you need to do
Ensure that your individual profile is up to date, specifically your work email and phone number so other administrators may contact you as needed. If you need to update your information, navigate to ‘Accounts’ under UNet Security Administration and select ‘Edit user.’
Additional details
This self-service benefit provides a lookup by four-letter center code for site security administrators who need to contact other site security administrators directly. The report will include the member’s work email and phone number, as well as the organ programs they cover (if from a transplant hospital).
UNOS respects the personally identifiable information of others, and we require you to do the same. Access to this information is made available to site security administrators for purposes only relating to access provisioning or other site security administration purposes. Any use, sharing, or distribution of this information beyond its intended purpose is strictly prohibited.
Education and resources
The professional educational module in UNOS Connect will be updated with a later release that includes instruction on this new feature.
