On June 20, 2018, the UNOS Organ Center Operations team updated the wait time request forms on UNetSM to make it easier for transplant center staff to request candidate waiting time modifications, transfers, reinstatements, and prior living donor priority points. The forms were revised to better reflect the OPTN policy requirements needed to process these requests.
