At-a-glance

A new test type has been added and an existing test type has been updated in DonorNet® to capture information regarding donor COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) antigen and antibody testing. OPOs can record whether antigen or antibody testing was performed on the donor, in addition to nucleic acid detection testing. Entering this information is not mandatory.

Additional information on test method options and online help documentation resources were sent in an email to all OPO UNet users on May 15 and published in a system notice on Secure Enterprise.
