Implementation
The following changes were implemented on September 6, 2017.
Background
At the NATCO (The Organization for Transplant Professionals) 2017 Annual Meeting in August, Transplant center, Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) and UNOS IT staff made changes to enhance the donor summary.
DonorNet® Change Details
An audit log of donor blood typing and, if applicable, subtyping activity in DonorNet is now available for printing for the host OPO. A link to this information can be found on the Local Deceased Donor Details tab of the Donor Summary page. Clicking on the “ABO” field link, opens the new page which displays the ABO audit information (blood type, entered by, date and time entered, verified by, and date and time of verification).
Note: The link will not display for import or living donors.
