Organ match results older than 7 years have been archived and are no longer visible in UNet beginning July 27. If you navigate to an archived match result, a message will display explaining the match has been archived, along with instructions on how to obtain the results if needed.
This change affects only match results. Authorized users will still be able to access detailed information on donors added more than 7 years ago.
What you need to do
No action is required on your part regarding this change. If/when you need match results for an archived match, you can submit a data request via Secure Enterprise by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking “add a New Request.”
