2019 staffing survey results now available, survey to remain open through December

Those transplant hospitals that have completed the 2019 Staffing Survey may now access the results for their programs. Comparison statistics for transplant program staffing benchmarks with the 2019 data are now available.

Didn’t fill out the survey?

There is still time to submit data and access results—the survey is still open and the results being released reflect what has been submitted so far. Results are refreshed weekly. Your program can still enter data and receive updated results.

The deadline was extended through Dec. 31 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure maximum participation from as many transplant programs as possible. Follow these instructions to submit survey data.

Submitted your program’s staffing data and want to view the results?

 Follow these steps to access:

  • Click the Transplant Administrators icon on the portal home page in Secure Enterprise.
  • On the Staffing Survey menu, select Results.
  • Select the year 2019 from the list. You can generate comparative statistics by region, type of program (adult or pediatric), and by program size (waitlist and organs transplanted) for the 2019 data submitted.

As in previous years, only programs that have completed surveys for their organ-specific programs will be able to access the summary and comparison data.

By restricting access to only those programs who complete their own surveys, we hope to increase participation and consequently the value of the survey results.

If you have any questions concerning access to the surveys, please contact the UNet℠ Help Desk at [email protected].

If you have any questions concerning technical design or operation of the survey, please contact Alex Garza at [email protected].
