Safeguarding organ transport

Increased efficiency for both OPOs and transplant programs

Automating the organ packaging and labeling process. Ensuring donated organs are successfully and efficiently matched with the identified recipient.

“Using TransNet has reduced our lead time for recovery preparation, as staff are able to efficiently print the labels as they are needed. We found the system to be a tremendous improvement in our overall system of packaging and labeling.”

David Marshman

OPO Quality Manager, Lifelink Foundation

“I use TransNet’s reporting capabilities as part of our monthly quality audits. The Organ Check-In Report is user friendly and gives me a quick view of all our organs checked in for the specified time frame.”

Sarah Duggins

Transplant Service Education Coordinator, UNC Health

TransNet for OPOs

All OPOs are required to use TransNet when packaging and labeling deceased donor organs, including VCA organs.
