Texas Organ Sharing Alliance (TOSA) has named Marilou Donley as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer (COO/CFO) effective immediately. The appointment was made by TOSA’s new CEO Joseph Nespral.
Donley, who has served as TOSA’s CFO/Senior Director of Administration, now also assumes responsibility for operations at the organization that provides organ donation and recovery services for the 56 counties in Central and South Texas. As an integral member of the senior management team, Donley will serve as advisor to the CEO for all financial, administrative and personnel issues.
Donley has more than 25 years of experience as a skilled administrator in both large-scale profit and not-for-profit organizations. Under her direction as CFO/Senior Director of Administration, TOSA has grown, placing fourth in 2015 among San Antonio’s Fast Track organizations as well as earning top honors consistently among Top Workplaces in San Antonio since 2012.
