At a glance
In order to comply with privacy regulations and protect sensitive data, UNOS is modifying its Service Portal functionality. Beginning Dec.18, 2019, the emails sent from UNOS Service Portal will no longer include the comments that are contained in the ticket. Instead, members will need to log into Service Portal to access this information.
Functionality within Service Portal will remain the same, and members will still be able to access the ticket history, read comments and track activity.
