Nadine Hoffman, MBA

Director of Enterprise Data Management

As Director of Enterprise Data Management, Nadine leads UNOS’ records management, data management and governance functions to ensure compliance and delivery of business objectives. Nadine oversees UNOS’ information policy and standards, data quality and metadata management activities and data stewardship across the organization. As a business leader, Nadine is focused on maturing UNOS’ information management practices and partnering with her business and technology peers who manage data security, data privacy, data analytics and data engineering and architecture.

Prior to joining UNOS, Nadine held data and risk management, data analyst, and data modeling roles for companies including Capital One and T. Rowe Price, as well as for the Virginia Information Technologies Agency. She earned a BBA and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
