Tina Rhoades
Director of Patient and Member Relations
As director of Patient and Member Relations, Tina Rhoades is responsible for ensuring that the transplant community is engaged in and prepared for changes to the national donation and transplant system, as well as for developing new and strengthening existing relationships with key community stakeholders, including patients, their families, and donation and transplant professionals and societies.
At UNOS since 2011, Rhoades has focused on patient safety and policy development. Prior to joining UNOS, she served in several clinical nursing roles. She is a licensed registered nurse and holds a B.S. in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
