The OPTN Patient Information Letter has been updated

In April 2019, the Patient Information Letter required by OPTN Policy 3.5 was updated with minor changes.  All transplant programs should use the new letter no later than Jan. 31, 2020.

If you have printed stock that has not been updated since April 2019, please make needed change outs before Jan. 31 so patients are receiving the current version.
