Abstract submissions

The UNOS Transplant Management Forum Planning Committee is now accepting abstract submissions for the 2024 forum in Louisville, KY. Members of the UNOS TMF Planning Committee will review your submission based on the guidelines and consider it for oral or poster presentation and for one of the $1,000 Transplant Management Forum Abstract sponsored awards, to be announced at the annual event.

Deadline guidelines

Abstract submissions accepted: August 7 – November 17, 2023*

  • August 7, 2023 – September 29, 2023*
    • Submitted abstracts will be considered for a mini-oral presentation, poster presentation and award
    • If not approved for mini-oral presentation, they will be considered for poster presentation and award only
  • September 30, 2023 – November 17, 2023*
    • Abstracts submitted for poster presentation and award only accepted
  • November 17, 2023*: Final deadline for all abstract submissions

*Abstracts will not be accepted past midnight Eastern Time of the stated deadline.
