At the age of four, Kade became our small-town hero. He donated his organs and saved five lives. Since then we have worked hard to create a legacy for him that shares the importance of organ donation and blood donation. In five years we have registered over 50 people to be organ donors! For a little boy, he lived a HUGE life and we are so proud of the difference that he made here on Earth.
