Jacqueline O’Keefe, MBA
Director of Member Quality
Jacqueline O’Keefe leads efforts to assess member compliance with OPTN requirements. Those responsibilities include analysis of organ allocation data; monitoring of transplant candidate listings; collection and synthesis of data gathered on-site from member organizations related to patient listing and organ allocation; and participation in the medical peer review system conducted by the OPTN Membership and Professional Standards Committee.
O’Keefe joined UNOS in 2004 as a membership coordinator. In 2006, she was promoted to performance analyst manager, and in 2009 to assistant director of member quality, where she served until being named director. Previously, she was administrative manager of the division of cardiothoracic surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health System in Richmond.
She earned an MBA from VCU.
