Paige Adrians

Paige Adrians is responsible for leading UNOS’ communications and philanthropic strategy and outreach to promote UNOS’ work to strengthen the organ donation and transplant system, support funding for key UNOS initiatives, and direct community relations and corporate impact. Adrians oversees the external, internal, and member communications teams, the design and user experience team, and the philanthropy team.

Prior to joining UNOS, Adrians was one of two local news directors for national media company Lee Enterprises, based in Richmond and overseeing the Richmond Times-Dispatch and dozens of other newsrooms across the country. Adrians previously served as the executive editor of the Richmond Times-Dispatch and in several other editing and reporting roles in her 24 years in Richmond. She earned a B.S. from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
