Julie Chatman, MBA, CISM

Director of Information Security

As Director of Information Security, Julie Chatman leads UNOS’ strategy in areas of cybersecurity, security operations, information security awareness and training, incident response and security audit compliance. In addition, Chatman leads cross-organizational efforts in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes across the company to reduce risks.

Chatman has more than 18 years of experience in information security, driving cybersecurity for digital transformations, optimizing operations, and delivering secure, best-in-class user experiences. Prior to joining UNOS, Chatman served as an Associate Partner and Cyber Expert for McKinsey & Company. She became a cyber leader at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and has led cybersecurity, cyber strategy, and cyber risk management at GlaxosSmithKline and Deloitte. Chatman earned Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from Strayer University. She is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and holds AWS and Azure cloud certifications.
