Tammy Farmer serves as Director of Contract Operations at UNOS, where she leads enterprise contract operations, compliance, and program execution supporting large-scale federal initiatives that advance the nation’s organ donation and transplantation system. She oversees the frameworks, processes, and performance management practices that drive operational excellence, ensure contractual compliance, and mitigate risk, while supporting the successful delivery of mission-critical programs.
Her expertise spans program management, operational leadership, stakeholder engagement and organizational transformation, enabling cross-functional teams to align strategy, people, and processes in support of UNOS’s mission.
Prior to joining UNOS, Farmer spent 26 years at Capital One, where she held a variety of leadership roles across operations, technology, and project delivery. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for leading complex transformations, fostering strong partnerships, and delivering sustainable business results.
