Ann-Marie Leary, MBA

As the director for major initiatives, Ann-Marie Leary is responsible for developing and executing strategies to address critical issues within the organ donation and transplant community by identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvements and enhanced communications strategies. Leary joined UNOS in 2012, and in her previous roles has helped lead member quality and patient-safety initiatives for the OPTN’s Membership and Professional Standards Committee.

Prior to joining UNOS, Leary held positions at the law firm of Hunton & Williams and at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She has a B.A. in political science from James Madison University and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
