Matt Morrow

Matt Morrow is vice president of data and AI at UNOS, where he leads efforts to use data, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to create products to strengthen the nation’s organ donation and transplant system. He brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading data services organizations, leading product and platform strategy, and turning complex healthcare data capabilities into scalable products and AI-ready data assets.

Before joining UNOS, Morrow served as director of product management and strategy at Oracle. He led strategy for data ingress and egress capabilities supporting Oracle Health Data Service, the enterprise data foundation for the company’s Health Data Intelligence AI platform.

Earlier in his career, Morrow led an organization responsible for data operations, building and supporting data pipelines and data quality initiatives supporting population health, clinically integrated networks, and accountable care organization strategies.

Morrow earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from Kansas State University.
