As Chief Growth Officer, Dave Dwyer leads UNOS’ business development efforts, expanding partnerships and bringing UNOS expertise, data, technology, research and products to organizations across the donation and transplant community.
His previous work has spanned brand planning, commercial growth strategy, business development, global marketing, sales training, customer engagement and product innovation across healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical and retail markets. Dwyer has built go-to-market strategies, shaped value propositions, developed high-performing teams, and helped organizations translate strong ideas into scalable growth.
He has years of experience leading marketing efforts for various pharmaceutical companies across multiple therapeutic categories. Most recently Dwyer held Vice President Roles in Global Strategic Marketing within healthcare for WestRock/MeadWestvaco and Global Commercial Excellence Roles for the broader Smurfit Westrock Global Consumer Division.
Dwyer earned his B.A. from Ohio State University.
