Lauren Mauk
Director, Contract Operations
As the director of contract operations, Lauren Mauk provides oversight for UNOS’ contract work, including leading responses to contractual updates and continuity management, developing negotiation strategy and continuity planning, while also building support for new and future contract operations.
Mauk joined UNOS in 2011 as an organ placement specialist in the Organ Center and quickly advanced through various roles before being promoted to Organ Center manager in 2015. Since then, she has held a variety of leadership roles at UNOS across IT, policy and community relations, and contract operations. She earned a B.A. in biology from the University of Virginia.
