Neelam Singh

As director of data analytics, Neelam Singh provides technical and strategic leadership that strengthens UNOS’ data analytical capabilities. Her areas of focus include delivering insightful analyses, enabling data-driven process improvements, and providing powerful data and reporting tools to the member community as well as to UNOS internal functions. The data analytics teams led by Singh work on important data insight initiatives, and uncover key opportunities related to analytics across the organ donation and transplantation ecosystem.

Singh joined the UNOS Research Department in 2019 as manager of the business intelligence and data products team. She brings to UNOS more than 15 years of data analytics experience, including building and implementing quality data marts, developing business intelligence capabilities, providing healthcare data solutions, designing data process roadmaps and leading standardized reporting projects and teams. Singh has held previous data analytics roles at True Health Diagnostics, BNP Paribas Bank and ICICI Lombard General Insurance.

Singh earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering and an MBA from Goa University in India.
