Tracy received a transplant on August 16, 1996. His donor was a first responder who died after being struck by a car. Tracy has thrived since the transplant. “I have had a very successful law practice, returned to the Fire/EMS field where I have served as Executive Officer, Legal Advisor, and Trustee; and volunteer by empowering abused children with Bikers Against Child Abuse (My Biker name is Gator), and volunteered with Crater Community Hospice where I now serve as Chief Executive Officer.”
