The implementation of these bylaws was delayed to allow for the development of new application forms and the approval of those forms by Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The OMB has recently approved the new intestine transplant program applications.
Clarification: recent update to HCC auto-approval policy
The changes included modifications to the required eligibility criteria for candidates to receive an automatic extension of their currently approved HCC exception. They currently require review by their respective regional review board.
