Amy Putnam, MSW, MBA

As director of the Project Management Office (PMO), Amy Putnam is responsible for driving the success of strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs within UNOS by implementing and overseeing PMO structures, portfolio management approaches, and best-practice methodologies. She provides leadership, guidance and oversight to project teams and operates key governance and change-management meetings.

Putnam joined UNOS in 2006 as the site survey manager and continued her leadership in the department as the assistant director of evaluation and quality.  In 2014, she joined the IT team and led the creation of the IT Customer Advocacy department and served as its director.  Putnam holds an MSW and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
