Director, Finance

Douglas Harvey is Director of Finance for UNOS. His responsibilities include management of all financial activities including treasury, accounting, auditing and budgeting; ensuring compliance with the OPTN contract regarding all monetary and accounting issues; and performing financial variance analysis and financial projections.

Prior to his appointment as Director of Finance in 2003, Mr. Harvey served as the UNOS Assistant Director of Finance between 1995 and 2003 and UNOS Accounting Manager/Senior Accountant between 1991 and 1995.

Mr. Harvey was awarded a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
