Director, Human Resources

Lin Gaines has been UNOS' Director of Human Resources and Office Services since 1999. Her responsibilities include: interpreting and applying human resources policies; overseeing staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation; organization development and training for all UNOS employees; managing facilities; and assuring compliance with EEOC regulations.

For four years prior to being named Director, Ms. Gaines held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources and Office Services.

Before joining UNOS, Ms. Gaines spent over 15 years in human resources management, and has extensive experience in employee development and diversity and corporate training.

Ms. Gaines earned a B.A. in Psychology and English and an M.A. in English from Michigan State University.
