Jan Finn, RN, M.S.N., CPTC, is chief operating officer of Midwest Transplant Network.

Finn has served on the OPTN/UNOS organ procurement organization committee. She also was a member of the DSA productivity task force.

She currently is president of NATCO, the Organization for Transplant Professionals, and previously co-chaired its national affairs committee. She has been a member of the board of the National Kidney Foundation of Southwestern Missouri, the Missouri State Advisory Council on Emergency Medical Services and its regional trauma committee as well as the Governor’s Advisory Council on Organ and Tissue Donation. She also has been board secretary of the American Heart Association.

Finn earned two degrees in nursing, a bachelor's degree from Pittsburgh State University and a master's degree from the University of Kansas in Kansas City.
