Deadlines for 2008 are as follows:

* Jan./Feb. - 12/5/07
* March/April - 2/8/08
* May/June - 4/2/08
* July/August - 6/4/08
* Sep./Oct. - 8/6/08
* Nov./Dec. - 10/1/08

When you send a release about an upcoming event, please make sure to follow up after the event has occurred with post-event details.

The more "action-oriented" your photo, the better. It is best if you send a digital image in 300 dpi in a TIFF or high-resolution JPEG format. Please identify the individuals in the photo(s) and include that information in the release.
